Telkom Mobile bad service

Worst ever service. I upgrade at Telkom Express Tygervalley. Instead of upgrade they issued new contract on ***. Now I pay for 2 and did not succeed in cancel 1. I get prommisses if they answer the phone at Telkom customer services. If they answer. Today 6/4/2018 no answer at. Also no answer at shop - Only message.

Please be aware of Telkom - Good prize but no service at all.....
