telkom mobile bad service

<p>still waiting on my cell phone to be delivered ..got a sms to say its with the courier service and will delivered in 3 to 5 days..i call the courier company they say its still at Telkom waiting to be released this is 5 days in already....I call customer care they put me through to sales I call sales they transfer me to customer care,then they tell me its still in vetting reali after my money was debited from my account 5 days ago?bad service all round.i could have gone with a different service provider and gotton it immediately but Telkom said oh takes 3 to 7 days.bad service</p>
