Telkom mobile bad service

I ordered a cell phone on contract from telkom mobile 3 weeks ago . It took them two weeks just to do a credit check an deduct the amount needed. They apparently then "dispatched" the package with the tracking number. Three days later the courier company still hadnt received the item yet. Ive had contracts with cell c and vodacom. With both, I received my device within 2-3 days. I dont even want the ****** phone anymore.
