Telkom Mobile, bad reception at some points, Now No Reception at My House!

This problem has been going on for a while, but haven't reported it as yet. This morning, when I wanted to talk via the chat facility, it doesn't even come up.

My problem is my cellphone coverage in my new home, when I check coverage online, it says that Telkom Mobile is covered with VDSL, LTE-A, LTE, Telkom 3G & Roaming 2G and 3G.

Yet, I can't even make a phonecall, let alone surf the web at all. So now, I have a Vodacom Mi-Fi router, so I can in fact connect to the web.

So even though I'm supposed to have all this coverage - I have nothing but your website says I can access ALL.

Sure ICASA would love to know this.

Please sort this ASAP!
