Telkom Mobile Bad online and Store Service

This complaint is about Telkom Mobile and their pathetic service.

Our company ESCAPE has app**** online 3 months ago for the freeMe 1GB sim card, after Continues calls and emails no one seemed to help or provide me with feedback up to this day.

Three weeks ago i went to the store at Trade Route Mall Lenasia and reapp**** for the same contract, they advised that within 7 days we will receive the sim card, when i called the phone just rang, eventually i went back to the store at the mall and no one seems to know why the application was not processed, i still have not received feedback even after speaking to a consultant in store.

This is completely unacceptable and i am disgusted with the service that Telkom Moblie provide. I would not advise anyone to use this service.
