Telkom mobile bad network service, bad customer service.

I just got off the phone with a telkom mobile customer care agebt as i have been having problrms with data connection for a while now. I have explained that most of the time i dont have network data connection ans yet i have a ****le and a cell ohons contract of which both gives me issues. She yold me to take out the sim card in my ****le and insert it in my phone to see if it works, if it does not work i should go to a telkom mobile store with my id to do a sim swap. I dont understand what i am paying for if i must be inconvenianced in this way. Im not happy with your service at all.
