telkom mobile bad for me

I Lazarus Maake. id ********** 499081, took telkom mobile contract that expired 2018 September. now they are still billing. went to Polokwane Telkom shop to cancel even online for me does not work. please delete my account because i am not on contact anymore. kindly call me on ********** 224. i cannot even took another credit because of the contact, i tried to call 081 to cancel no feedback no answer. please help
