Telkom Mobile BAD Experience

I started communicating with Telkom 081180 (mobile) to change a debit order date. After numerous discussions and e-mail that folllow, till a few minutes ago, the problem is still not yet resolved. I even visited my Bank to check the DebitVerify that I am to approve, but they also could not see anything... My monthly payment is small, but this morning I also received a SMS confirming that the DebiCheck request has expired. Half an hour later, another SMS was received, advising that my Debit Order, with a mandate to cover 90+ times my monthly payent was registered with my bank, hene the visit to the bank... I have now send a mail to the Telkom agent, to follow up again and interestingly enough, the messages coming back confirms that the mails was not read, but just deleted. That is not a nice way to communicate with a client on behalf of Telkom??!! I hope Telkom will contact me to resolve soonest. Thank you

Reviewer Update
I think this is the 2nd time that I had to use this site with regards to Telkom client services, however, it would indeed seem like they are not in the least interested to help clients with issues.
I have also in the past tried to obtain some sort of escalation path into their private client services divisions, however, no luck at all with that one as well...
It is actually a pity, being an X-employee from one of their subsidiaries, that I now realize the pains of the South African consumer in this regard.
Internally, however, during my time, we had clear escalation paths into Openserve and Telkom Business and somewhat into Comsumer as well, as we also made use of them, but the client was the corporate world of South Africa and not the normal everyday citizens of South Africa.
For example, besides my current problem, I am unable to actually sign on to the Telkom Portal as myself, to look at my services, download invoices, etc., but what I do see when signing on, is a flush of all their current offers, which is not really why one will have a active Telkom personal portal access. One is actually supposed to manage your account from their and click on a button to take you to offers or upgrades, if required...
But let me stop - this wall is built from more than just concrete and steel...
Thank you.
