Telkom Mobile at fault, not taking responsibility
I made a call, to Telkom Mobile, in last year December 2014 and after requesting that the service consultant change my debit order date, I perceived that my debit order date would be changed when we ended the call.

Today, I got a text message to say my service has be suspended. I called in and spoke to a lady, Mtabiseng, and she told me I first have to make payment before reactivating my service. She then said that the consultant should have told me that my debit date will only be in effect from February's month and not January. I then said that no consultant told me the debit date would only kick in, in February.

She admitted that they are at fault for not telling me of that, but wish to tell me that I must make a payment for my services to be reconnected.

I requested that she escalate the matter to her manager and she put me on hold while doing that. When she returned she said that they take responsibility and made apologies. I asked her, How do they take responsibility....she said, in saying SORRY.

I asked her to look at reconnecting my service and she just kept on saying she cant do it because of the system.
Why must I bear the issue then when they are at fault?
