Telkom mobile are useless with no complaints helpline

I took out a contract with Telkom for R199 pm on a a cell phone. After a year into the contract they start billing me for Data which I did not sign up for. Some months the amount I was billed for was over R1000. I phoned their customer service several times being misinformed on how to stop this date packages billed against my account. Until now it was never stopped. I phoned twice to get contact information on their complaints department. A mail address was provided. I send the mails with no response
