Telkom mobile are the worst

I have had issuea with telkom mobile for 2 months straight They are deducting more that the contract amount and every time i call in they cannot answer reasons why.... They confirm that they will call me back... Even their management.... 2 months now... And still no call.... They are doing deductions from my account that they cannot explain.... Even went to telkom store and even they were confused.... Still no resolve
