Telkom Mobile are rougues

Telkom mobile. When I wanted to take a contract, they told me it declined. Six years later they are still billing me. Queried so many times to cancel but they keep *****ing my money. Dont know what the people in their call centre does. Telkom owes me money and they must payback.
