Telkom Mobile are *********** ******

<p>I placed an order for a Huawei PA Lite+Sandisk Ultra Dual USB Drive 3.0 32GB (Gold) on Free Me 1GB for R199.99 on Friday, 18th November 2016. I received an email confirming my order number and that an agent would contact me to finalise. I only receive a call back on Monday, 21st November 2016 from an agent telling me that unfortunately the deal was until 19th November 2016. When I advised that I ordered on 18th November 2016 the lady tells me that I was supposed to receive a call back within 24 hours and since I did not receive I cannot get my order and the new price is R249.00 How is their incompetence my problem - My order was placed within the timeframe. The service from Telkom Mobile is disgusting - the incompetence and unhelpfullness of the staff is absolutely pathetic. The deal is still on their website available for order!!! They deliberately mislead the consumers</p>
