Telkom Mobile are daylight robbing me and *****ing my money.

<p>I (Siya) have 5 contracts with Telkom mobile. I have been requesting a spend limit to R1.00, all their consultants tell me it will be set at R1.00 but it never gets done its still set at R500.00. Its been 3months now since i have been asking them to change it to R1.00 and nothing gets done. As a result my I always incurre an additional R500.00 expense on this line. Due to to the fact that my daughter is abusing this line. It is Telkom's responsibility to ensure that they do what they agreed to their clients to do. I made a request to set my spend limit at R1.00 and they agreed it should be set at R1.00, period, its that simple. My number is ********** 896</p>
