Telkom mobile are ******

Telkom mobile are ******. I had a mobile wi-fi with them where I paid R200.00 a month. I missed a payment and I had to pay R200.00 interest plus R200.00 premium. I paid R400.00 and when that happened again I decided pay and cancel the contract with them. They told me to cancel online and I cancelled through their assistance but they carried on charging me even after cancellation. I went to another Telkom store for assistance regarding cancellation and said it's already cancelled. That was in 2019 but they are still charging me till today but I had settled their amount and I don't even have access to the account. They add R200.00 every month which I can't access and the balance now is R3000.00. It's so sad because even the stores confirm that the account is closed and they are busy making my credit record to look bad.
