Telkom Mobile App cannot retrieve my Info

I have been struggling to get my data, account, etc info on my Telkom app on my tablet for almost two months now. A message immediately appears that says it cannot retrieve my info and I must try again later. When I phone Call Centre they just say there is indeed a problem and they are working on it. So far the app still doesn't work. Previously I never had a problem!
