Telkom Mobile App abysmal

I have many contracts at Telkom for mobile data. Their App has the feature to transfer data between sym numbers which is very handy especially when you have 20gb on one number and want to transfer 1gb to another number on your contract. EXCEPT THE APP DOES NOT WORK. It is incredibly frustrating. More often than not the App returns 'Ooops we were unable to perform that that function'. I tried for about an hour and got so many 'Ooops we are ***********' responses that I almost gave up. In desperation I googled and then phoned their support desk to ask why their program was failing only to find out that I need to PAY R 65.00 to talk to one of the *********** personnel that wrote the App and are now charging so that they can tell you their programming is abysmal. I need to find another service provider
