Never open a account with telkom!! You can not ever close it! I was warned about them, that once you close a account they keep debiting you and try black list you!! Their customer service is hopeless. No one gets back to you. Every time you call it’s a new story. Telkom are a bunch of ********* and they are part of the reason South Africa is such a disaster. I’ve now opened a case of ***** against telkom. Never again rather pay triple the costs and go with Vodacom or any other provider. Terrible pre 1994 apartheid era organization.
