TELKOM MOBILE AND FINRITE INSURANCE

I am extremely upset and disappointed in the service I have received and I would like to warn every single person to stay away from Telkom Mobile. The service is horrible they are all ****ing lyers and *******. Whatever you do please do not take insurance with Telkom Mobile it is a nightmare and the idiots atht work for Telkom just say call insurance. Call centers are even worse so please dont waist your money or time. This is my story- I cracked my phone screen and I have insurance with Telkom and I booked in my device at Telkom Mobile in Canal Walk on date January 30th. I went to various Telkom Stores as months went by and no one could give me answer all they could say is call finrite and just to inform you finrite contact number doesnt work..I eventually got hold of someone would could assist after 7 months that could tell me that i need to make a payment and provide payment details i made payment and phone was delivered to Telkom Mobile Canal Walk on the 18th September. I collected my device on 26th September and guess what time my surprise the ****ing ear piece doesnt work, so anyway decided to say **** this and I'm not going to Canal Walk again I then went to V&A Waterfront and booked in or told the guy to book in the device and what the problem is and left all paperwork with him and this was on the 29th just 3 days he said he would sort it out and to my surprise what can you expect today on the ****ing 6th of October my ****ing device was never collected at store and whole ****ing week it is just laying at the store and the agent told me 7 days. In the next 2 months it would have been a ****ing year without my phone and guess what I'm still paying every single month for this ****ing contract I cannot use. So I have decided to inform all my family members and friends to move away and cancel their contracts as this service is ridiculous that Telkom Mobile offers. This is my Job number if you ****ing idiots at Telkom Movile wants to help TRJ005824/TC006216 I EXPECT RESULTS
