Telkom Mobile am so unhappy

Telkom Mobile is such a pathetic company. I was using Telkom mobile and i once requested my service to be cancelled and i spoke with different agents who request that i fill the cancellation form and send it. that was done and sent but my service was never cancelled. i still have prove of the names and of agents that i spoke to and who promised that my service will be cancelled my service was never cancelled and i just kept quite as well. mind you this happened back in 2016 and today they called me saying i owe them this much..... seriously!!!!!! ---
