Telkom Mobile Alberton Shop L126 disgusting service.

On the 14th of August 2023, I went to Telkom Mobile Alberton City Shopping Center Shop Number L126 to purchase a wifi system one that was advertised. I was assisted by a lady who was not so interested in helping me out and she did application for me and said to me that my application was sent for credit verification of which was meant to take 24, 48 or 72 hours. Therefore she was going to call me and inform me about the status of my application, the lady never did. I then contacted Telkom via Facebook page five days later, I was then told my application was approved and they were waiting for my Mifi device. Two days later I contacted the store and asked for the lady who helped me, she arrogantly, rudely told me that she responded to the call center or whatever thing I communicated with via email ,which I was not by any chance mentioned in about unavailability of the stock. I have not yet informed about anything till this time and no communication from Telkom has yet been done. The level of ignorance, carelessness and unreliable with Telkom is at it's best, but when it comes to Telkom Mobile Alberton Shop L126 the level is disgusting, sickening. I just need to cancel my application, order and service with Telkom and their arrogant staff.
