Telkom mobile airtime

i had purchased airtime via capitec bank for the amount of R1000 by mistake trying to load only R100 , I tried transferring airtime to my other 8ta number but now there is a limit that i can only transfer only R500 per month , which in my books is wrong i bought the airtime and i can do what i want with the airtime, but telkom has set a limit on the amount one can transfer but there is no limit on the amount of airtime loaded!
