Telkom Mobile (Agent: Busisiwe Mokhatla)

I am so disappointed in Telkom. Not even a week after joining them they have managed to botch everything. I asked them to keep my number when joining them and they have instead disconnected my number now "it does not exist". It has been 4 days of me driving to the shop and calling with no assistance. Absolutely disgusted. The agents name is Busisiwe Mokhatla. Pathetic customer service
