Telkom Mobile accounts and sales people are idiots.

Telkom accounts and sales people are idiots. They cannot get my account to be stable so that my services dont get suspended every month. I have been trying to get them to sort out my account for the past three months with over 7 people that I have been in contact with and yet, I will get an sms that states that "Your services has been suspended " even they can confirm that my account is up to date but an up to date paid account gets suspended. What can I do to get these idiots to rectify my account . I cant wait for this contract term to be over ...
