Telkom Mobile Account

I have lodged a complaint regarding debit order issues in my mobile account, but I still have not been assisted for over a month now. Telkom has been deducting some money from my mobile account since 2020 to date. I have since emailed them all the required documentation after they have promised to refund me my money by last week Tuesday which they never did to date. Please kindly assist me in solving this query with them.
