Telkom Mobile: Account / Billing Enquiry

<p>May you please assist; took this contract of P9 Lite package in December at Menlyn Telkom shop, and I‘m supposed to pay R199 and but for the previous months my account has been debited with the amount of R699. I have queried this at Kolonade Telkom shop.
