Telkom Mobile - Absolutely Useless - The Legacy of Great Products - Pathetic Service

<p>Placed an order 7 days ago for a tablet the Telkom Mobile website. Final prompt stated they will be in contact. 7 days later and still no confirmation mail was received. Phoned 10213 daily to try and find out what is going on, gave up everytime when I got to holding for 45mins. Finally phone Telkom Business who transfered me to Telkom Mobile. Only to be told that I have not been contacted in 7 days because they are out of stock. Should this not have been clarified at time of order or stated on the website. Typical Telkom, how the hell do they survive with such ****py business acumen!! </p>
