Telkom Mobile Absolute Joke

I have a 5GB Free Me contract with Telkom. This includes LIT streaming (50GB Cap) per month. While busy streaming Youtube videos (360P) i just got a message that i have 180MB left of my "once off internet bundle". I just bought 1GB yesterday, meaning they have been using my internet bundle all this time while streaming youtube which is meant to be free. I double checked and the LIT streaming is enabled. Furthermore i still had 22GB left of LIT streaming.

Phoned the contact centre and spent 20 minutes speaking to someone who has absolutely no idea of what is going on or how things work. I eventually hung up after been asked to wait for the 4th time.

So telkom have been basically ripping me off and to make things worse the contact centre is too incompotent to assist. I definatley need to re-look at a different service provider when my contract ends in a couple of months.
