Telkom mobile a useless company in every regard

Telkom mobile advertises the fact that you can use their free wifi at locations around the country and states on their website that you can connect devices like laptops to the wifi network. This was one of the main reasons why I went with Telkom. After spending an hour trying to figure out how to connect my laptop to the wifi I phoned customer care. I had to phone 6 times, twice the line was busy, twice the representatives computer was offline and she could not transfer me to another consultant. The second time she kept me online for 20min not answering the call and finally I phoned again and the consultant then informed me that you can online connect your phone with a simcard to the internet. This is false advertising and I feel a breach of contract. I want to know whether I can get out of my contract with Telkom as I have had more than 10 complaints in the last 6 months. Billing issues, service provision, internet issues etc. They are just completely and utterly pathetic!
