Telkom Mobile a ****

I signed up for a deal with Telkom Mobile where you get 2 mifi routers for 198 per month. These routers come with 5 gig anytime and 5 gig night time data.

I was billed over 800 on the first month and was advised my account was not capped when I inquired. I received confirmation that the account was capped however I still got a statement with amounts I dont understand and I struggled to get answers from their representative Nomsa Pakiso'. She even left the chat without signaling. '

I asked for eference numbers on all the transactions she claimed I did and I did not get anything. can someone please advise how these things work. Telkom Mobile is a ****.
