Telkom Mobile a lying thieving bully!

Having suffered financial difficulties in the year the Data contract I have with Telkom mobile was suspended when I couldn't make payments for two months. When I called Telkom mobile to remedy the situation the two agents I spoke to we rude and obnoxious such that I rated their service as poor on their own service survey. Someone else followed up on my reasons for the rating and I informed them of how I was treated by the first two agents. I then proceeded to request assistance with the outstanding amount. In my opinion I owe them two months as they stopped providing me the Data when I couldn't pay for those two months. Now I hear that I must also pay for the months I did not receive service and that the Data does not roll over so I will basically be paying for keeping their SIM. I do not rent a device from them I only have the SIM. It is daylight ******* to pay for a service I did not receive. That they say they provided the Data to the SIM is totally ridiculous as the SIM was locked by them. I refuse to be taken for a ride by big cooperates. Telkom will only receive payment for what I used. They can take back their R1 SIM for all I care.
