Telkom Mobile

On the 18/02/2021 I had done an order online for a device, to which I was told will be delivered in the next three working days,on the 25/02/2021,i received an SMS from the courier service to say unfortunately my device was sent back,due to RICA, I then called Telkom who then advised that my work address and resdential address, Everything was then updated, and I was then told that by latest my device would arrive on Tuesday the 02/03/2021. Today is Tuesday and still nothing, I called AGAIN only to be told that the account hasnt received any feedback and now no resolution! Absolutely frustrating to be given the ran around #telkom!
