Telkom mobile

I have been having issues of billing where my service keeps on suspended even my account is paid and up to date i have logged so many cases that i cant even recall from July 2025 the issue is still not sorted I don't know where can i do now. I will never use this service provider anymore as i have been with them since 2018.i will not recommend anyone to choose Telkom. As now am regreting every day even their call center agent they are rude they hang up the call before getting any resolution
