Telkom Mobile

I just want to express my dissatisfaction and disappointment with telkom mobile. I bought a SIM card with them and did RICA with them too, been using that number for my business since last year. It’s been 3 weeks no with number not working and when I called the call-center and went to the branch they telling me that my number was cancelled and apparently there’s another person I’m sharing the number with and there’s nothing that they can do to assist me to get this number back. How’s that my fault? How can they give us the same number? What must happen to all the business cards and documents that have this number? I’m so, so frustrated
