Wish I could give 0 stars. Absolutely useless, please please please do yourself a favor and just never get involved with them in any capacity. I, unfortunately, have a mobile contract with them, my phone screen recently cracked and when I phoned them (3 different branche before anyone even answered) to get a price on repair I am told that it would take ONE WEEK just to get a price from their warehouse for the repair, one can only assume how long it would then take to get your device back. Highly do not recommend !!!!! Their signal is appalling in MOST areas, their accounts dept are a joke, seriously not worth it at all. If you are with telkom, I recommend staying away from their Honor brand, the spares are ridiculously expensive, it is super difficult to find screen protectors and phone covers for them as well, the phone also starts giving problems after about a year, lagging and touch errors.
