<p>I app**** for a cellphone contract online.</p> <p> </p> <p>A consultant called Zama contacted me and we finished the application telephonically. She said my debit order would go off 27 June and i'll receive the device shortly after.</p> <p> </p> <p>No debit. No phone. When calling the call centre no record of my application.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can somebody check and confirm what's happening? Apparently online sales should be able to check but i cant hold on for 20min at a time.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please help?</p>
