TELKOM MOBILE

<p>Hi I took a contract from telkom mobile overport city and from day 1 the phone that I was given had been giving me problems . teh first stime phone lasted for 8 days , then took 21 days to get repaired . the second phone i was given had lasted me only 6 days and then another 21 days later same problem . the third time again same scenario . I tried to speak to the consultants to tell them that I am prepared to pay more for a phone that works , however they gave me attitude and did not return the phone so now here i am 3 months later paying for a phone that does not work . I am disgusted at telkom terrible service . it seems that teh consukltants are being paid by the phone company to ensure that these phones are not returned . forcing the phones on me is not an option </p>
