Telkom Mobile - 3000 mins to 500 mins - didn't let me know

I have always had a Telkom mobile which has offered me unlimited Telkom to Telkom calls, it then went down to 3000 mins for 2 years. I renewed my contract and Telkom did not tell me that it has gone from 3000 mins to 500 min per 2 years! I wouldn't have renewed with Telkom if I knew this. Telkom was dishonest not to tell me this. Please can someone get back to me to sort this issue out.
