Telkom Mobile

SO i have been a Telkom client from 1995. (24 Years) My bill every month with internet is roughly 1700pm and was never in arrears. My problem is as follow So decided that i want to go over to them and get a mobile contract of 599 pm. My previous one was 1000 pm by Vodacom I was online and did a call back to apply. They called me prompt and the admin was finalized in 10 min . I was told i am approved for the deal and phone will be my between 7 to 14 days.... Great was my surprize to get a sms at 19h20 the same day to say that i was not approved again ???? How is that possible the lady said you approved and 6 hours later i am not approved again.

Trying to find out why it was not approved is fruitless as there is no one that can help you Telkom can see i have been a good customer of them for 24 years.
