Telkom mobile

Hello, I`ve order a Mobile Phone on the 5th of June 2018 , from Telkom Mobile and they deducted the first payment on the 12th of June 2018 , till today I`m waiting for my delivery , it`s been longer then 8 working Days... Ever since I`ve been phoning to find out what is going on , where is my order? Excuses like the Phone has not been captured or there is no stock available... is annoying... Very quick to deduct the money from ones account, but try to find out about your delivery!!! Is a waste of time and money How long is this going to take? I mean it`s been a full 17 day..... and Not even the sales department can assist me nor costumer care.... by far the worst service ever .... Not sure about the Reference number < but sale department can pick up my ID number Raymond Kruger ..
