Telkom Mobile

I entered into two different contracts with Telkom. First one is the LTE internet - for two years I paid without having any data available, when I queried it they just wanted me to upgrade to a another product. Are they so ******** to the problem I have, they cannot assist but still want me to enter into another contract without resolving my problem. Second one is a IPhone 6 plus cellphone contract. Within the first two months we had enormous issues with the phone and return it to the store in Tyger Valley Cape Town for repairs. We were not given a replacement and waited for three months before we got feedback from Telkom. We paid for three months without having the product. Now we have the same issue with the phone and again returned it to the store, again waiting for three months before Telkom rep****. The cost to repair the device are R5 000, I refused to pay for the cost to repair and now they do not want to return my device before I pay R186 for an assesment fee. They again had my device for three months and I had to pay my subscription of R500 per month. I want to urge all to never enter into any contract with Telkom.
