Telkom Mobile
I had a Telkom mobile contract a few years back. Since to date this account has been prescribed as per act 68 of 1969. I draw my ITC report today, 22/01/18 and saw that they list the account as a default on my ITC.
Telkom must remove the account from my name asap as the account has been prescribed as per act 68 of 1969. I am not liable for this account anymore. I give Telkom 5 working days change to do so. Also send me proof that my name has been removed from the ITC.
Or I will take this matter further./

17 Feb 2018, 12:25I have logged a complaint on HelloPeter on the 22 January 2018. Telkom gave me a reference number: AI ********** only the 15 February 2018. Till to date I did not receive any answer on this and this account still show as default and Experian and TransUnion confirmed this as well. I give Telkom Mobile 3 working days as from the 19 February 2018 to remove this from my ITC'S and send me proof there off or I will take the necessary steps, post all messages in all the mayor newspapers, to get some answers. This is really ridiculous to wait so long and to have this as a default on your ITC.
