Telkom Mobile

2 weeks after writing a review on the pathetic service received by Telkom Mobile I receive a response from a lady named Bronwyn providing me with a "reference number for my inconvenience". It is now 7 days after I received this "reference number" and no one has even attempted to make contact with me by any means assist/ even hear my complaints. Telkom Mobile wants to regard themselves as one of the best networks however seem to be absolutely pathetic and *********** in providing a basic service!
