Never have i had such a bad service like when dealing with Telkom. one even wonders why do you guys have that chat program on your site while the other person is not willing to assist or have no idea what you are talking about. for the past week almost every hour on that chat program of yours with different agents has been nothing but not helpful. Nothing is ever resolved but the best thing they can do is just to ignore you or send you irrelevant instruction then cut you out with their famous line " enjoy the rest of your day " with no assistance at all. Telkom is the worst service provider with most useless or *********** consultants ever.
