Continuous problem with Telkom Mobile!

1. You cannot get through to customer care to resolve the problem. 2. I have called you about this same problem before, now it is an issue again, I still have airtime on my phone and then when trying to make a call I am notified that my balance is insufficient and I need to recharge even though I also receive the extra airtime when I recharge. This is unacceptable. I mean I have airtime I need to make a call but no your system says my balance is insufficient. This is not the first time I am having this issue. Guess this would make a great article for the newspapers as to add to the fact that your internet bundles expires after I paid for them. 3. It took me months and numerous calls to get my initial contract cancelled and to go over to pay as you go, but still I receive calls from all the networks offering me new contracts, and apparently all this because I have been registered with Rica. I don't want my information given to any network or any business for loans, funeral plans ect.

Please sort this issue.
