Telkom Mobile - 2 months and counting still waiting for number transfer to upgraded contract
I have been waiting 3 months for Telkom Mobile to transfer my existing numbers to keep and transfer to the new contract they called and offered me. Call reference: ********** 6. I have spoken to 8 managers, none of them have taken ownership and resolved the issue for 3 months. Not a single call back. I have spoken to 22 Telkom advisors of who have been saying for 3 months the request is with back office for 3 months! Telkom have taken my money every month and I cannot use my numbers! Telkom mobile service is terrible, and the managers working there are a disgrace! Useless and a terrible service! I have no faith in Telkom and their promises. 9th manager Samantha now dealing with case!

Reference number ********** 6 - Telkom mobile service keeping customers waiting for months and still take their money in every month direct debits! Still no credit to my account and still waiting! Horrible service! Waste of money and time! Cannot use my numbers still months in waiting!
