Telkom Mobile

We have all heard these great mobile deals that Telkom mobile have been offering? So I went to eastgate on 3 occasions to apply and 2 of the 3 I was turned away because of no stock on the 3rd time the consultant said but why don't you still apply? So I said the other 2 times I was told to come back. BTW on all three occasions I sat in the que for over an hour! So I app**** for mytalk 100 that has the P8 lite and it was approved. Now we are heading into 2 weeks since I officially app**** and I have still not received my phone but it is heading into week 5 since Telkom has not had stock! I spoke to the manager of Telkom eastgate and he can't give me a proper answer to why there is a stock delay! Why advertise these deals if you cannot supply the stock!!! I think Telkom should compensate everyone who is still waiting for their contracts with a free handset upgrade for the contract app**** for!! This is unacceptable and very poor service!
