Telkom Mobile

So, I have been trying to upgrade since September 2022. Still not upgraded. For some reason Telkom Mobile give "double deal cellphones" on FreeMe 1.5 GB deals but not on the FreeMe 28 GB deals or maybe their staff just don't know how to help people. This service is just bad
