Telkom mobile

On the 20th Dec 2019 my services were suspended by telkom due to debit order returned(insufficient funds) then I made a payment by game store, also changed debit order date to the 31st of every month...today is the 3rd January 2020...my services are suspended again.....i still have funds in my account... When I check, they did not run the debit order..... Again I went to the Game store to make the payment.....Now I must wait for them to reinstate my services.... Telkom has become the worst... I don't even have words to describe them
