Unfortunately there is no zero, because they do no deserve even that 1 star. I have a contract with them, one agent told me I'm due for an upgrade on the 22nd of October 2019, and then another one said, no, it the 21st of November 2019, and it was end September 2019 into the beginning of October 2019 when i was inquiring about this. And mind you, there is no option of phoning in for customer service, you send an email to get any help. And some of the emails were rep**** a week later. So it went on for weeks (almost 2 months) until today without any proper assistance. And when i tried to do an upgrade online on their website, because i saw a phone that i wanted, a month later, no one got back to me to assist, until i asked about it, and then i kept being told someone is going to get back to me, i am still waiting, now its 2 months later In the meantime i ended up just doing an upgrade with a different phone. Telkom does not have regard for their customers whatsoever. And i wouldn't recommend Telkom to anyone
